Tuition Payment

Please complete the following form to the best of your ability.  Please answer N/A for any questions that are not applicable to your situation.  For questions, please contact Mrs. Mary Harrison at summerschool@jesuithighschool.org.

If you have purchased a certificate for this program at a local fundraiser, it is not required to complete this form. Please send a copy of your certificate to summerschool@jesuithighschool.org


Here's how the fees work: 

Registration: $75 (before April 1st) or $100 (after April 1st)

Tuition:          $625 (this is IN ADDITION to the registration fee)

Total               $700 (before April 1st) or $725 (after April 1st)

If you are paying the full balance due amount, please check the box above to make your $625 payment. If you paying your Tuition in installments, please enter the amount you wish to pay in the box above. If you requested Financial Aid, please do not make a Balance Payment until after you receive your award notification which will be sent out by May 5, 2019.


Additional Programming Options

Students may be dropped off no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and must be picked up by 5:00 p.m. each day. Parents wishing to register for early drop off may do so by selecting the appropriate box(es) below. Students will be provided supervised unstructured play time during these extended periods.
